Scope: The Towers Condo buildings were built in 1960 and is located in the Cathedral Heights neighborhood of DC. Citizen Energy replaced six hundred thirty five (635) CFL lamps with 18 watt LED lamps; and two hundred and twenty four T5 fixtures with 8 watt LED flush mount fixtures. Estimated minimum annual energy and maintenance savings of $26,000. Citizen Energy also obtained and processed a rebate of $13,000.
